This black tea is a single origin orange pekoe tea that makes a strong cup of smooth, refreshing tea.
Through the fair trade system these farmers receive around 75% more for their crops than the normal market price. This enables them to invest in organic farming practices and improve their livelihoods.
In-country value-adding: Processing the tea into unbleached tea bags is done in country and adds additional benefit to the women of these small farming communities.
